Mubny Events & Banquets ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at this domain (the "Site"). This page explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies only to this website — not to information we collect in person, by phone, or by text message when you book or discuss an event with us directly.
Information you give us
The only information we collect through the Site is what you choose to submit through our inquiry form. Depending on what you fill in, that can include:

- Your phone number (optional)
- The type of event you're planning (optional)
- Your preferred event date
- Your expected guest count (optional)
- Any details you write in the message field
We ask only for what we need to respond to your inquiry and, if your event moves forward, to plan and hold a date for it.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technology on this Site. We do not create visitor profiles, and we do not track your activity across other websites. Browsing the Site without submitting the inquiry form does not send us any information about you.
How we use your information
We use what you submit through the inquiry form to:
- Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
- Discuss availability, pricing, and setup for your event
- Hold and manage your reservation if you book with us
- Contact you about an event you've inquired about or booked
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email unless you've asked us to.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of outside services to run the Site and our booking calendar. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone for marketing purposes.
- Formspree, Inc. — when you submit the inquiry form, it's delivered to our inbox through Formspree, a form-processing service. Formspree handles that submission on our behalf; see Formspree's privacy policy for how they handle it.
- Google Firebase — the public calendar on this Site, showing which dates are already booked, is stored and served using Google's Firebase platform. The dates and event names shown there are entered by our staff, not submitted directly by website visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as it's reasonably useful — generally through the planning and completion of your event, or until you ask us to delete it. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, contact us and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct information that's wrong
- Delete your information

This Site is intended for adults planning events and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
